I sent the first one back because it had a hole punched right through the screen.
After mounting the second one, the s teen started to warp on the lower left side from heat, and now sticks up an inch from radiator surface. Never buy any product made by R & G again.

Have usually used Cox Racing coves but couldn’t find one for my Kawi Z800. The R&G seems more substantial and uses radiator mounting bolts instead of zip ties like Cox used. Nice finish, looks good. Will b e plenty of protection for radiator against rocks etc.

I learned my lesson after a rock off a construction trailer nailed the radiator on my GSXR 1000 30 miles from home. It’s cheap insurance for sure. R&G builds a nice product and I would buy another without a second thought. I only rated it 4-stars, because I believe the adhesive foam strips are a little on the cheap side and R&G (Cox Racing uses foam type stand-offs too) could come up with a better solution for isolating the guard from the radiator. If it had rubber feet or some other type of stand-offs mechanically attached to the guard, it would be a superior product. That being said I am very happy with the guard and highly recommend it to anyone with a radiator.
