    all holes spider cracked

    greg

they look great, but all holes spider cracked for me the second the thread lock product that is advised to use touched the makrolon lens material. i followed the instructions point by point and had this outcome. my friend who also owns a 2018 xca has had these on his bike for 1yr now and all of the holes are starting to spider crack on his. purchased their new PVC version; so far so good with those.

Looks good but too much glare

    Abchaos

This product was easy to install and looks great. But, when riding at night the headlight reflects back into my eyes and it’s really annoying. I typically have to take it off for any night riding. If buying again I’d go for the metal grate and not protective glass.

Good product BUT, Bad results for Night Driving

    Haver13

I purchased this Cover for the obvious reasons,Protecting the Head Light. It was a very easy install and looks GREAT on the bike BUT, when driving at night, I got a bad reflection off the inside of the Plexi Cover Lens that shines back at the rider! Thats not good.
The Head Light shines out, hit the Plexi and reflects back…VERY DISTRACTING.
I will keep this lens on my bike but, will remove it during Night Riding.

    Protection, Yes, Reflection, No

    Arokys

I’ve been running with this for a while and happy with it’s application. 2 issues. One is it easily cracks around the screw holes in the perspex covers. Be Gentle. I discourage the use of this at night. The lights reflect directly into your eyes when I’m cruising, making seeing in the dark very difficult, especially pitch black and weathered conditions. I have sprayed matt black paint onto the perspex to dull the reflection but in pitch black roads it can still blurr your vision.

    Good product

    Jmatt

Looks great, especially the mounts but two problems. Very easy to install but anything over very minimal tightening of screws cracks the plexiglass. Holes should be sleeved. Other issue is fairly severe reflection; especially if standing up or with high beam on. I’m looking to replace with a mesh product.

Excellent build quality! Why did I wait so long to buy it? Some assembly required.
