    Crash Protection

    Kmasa58

I got this about a month ago and although it took a bit of aligning and adjusting, it turned out to be very solid protection for the bike once it was done. I have the new Honda Africa Twin DCT model and I wish the engine guard extended down bit lower. I know there’s another ‘section’ that I can purchase for another $200+ … ugh. Any who, all in all, this one provides a very solid protection for both radiators and some protection to the DCT portion of my engine. I’m pretty happy with it and Twisted Throttle always have the items I want in stock & provided very fast shipping to my door.

    Solid Purchase

    CHellsmith

I bought these for two reasons – To protect the guts of my bike, and to give me a place to clamp some highway pegs so I could stretch my legs out. While they look nice, and will definitely protect the lowers of my bike, there isn’t a very good place to put any highway pegs (at least not the kind that are optional accessories).

The instructions were clear, and the installation wasn’t unduly difficult (though it is a bit tricky here and there, and it’s certainly a two-man job).

They look nice, they seem sturdy, and overall, I’m quite satisfied. They’d be 5-star material if there were a better place to mount the clamp-and-peg kit!

    Quality bars

    Dale

Solid bars, better reinforced and thicker than their GIVI counterparts. Installation is a bit of a process but the instructions are super clear and understandable. Look great and feel solid, hopefully I never have to use them. My only gripe is that unlike their GIVI counterpart they don’t have an upper guard for the fairing available. Perhaps that will come in the future. Until then I am satisfied
