    All good

Fits well. Easy to install. Looks good and adds some protection. My only improvement suggestion: I would like to see a bar crossing between the guards that helps reinforce the guards and protect the rad a little better.

    Works for taller riders.

I’m 6’3″ and was a little concerned my knees would hit the crash bars. No worries.
Easy install. No concerns at all.

Great fit and finish. You need an 1/2-in drive socket to remove the washer from the screw that holds up the motor. Other than that with basic tools installation is a piece of cake.
It would have been nice to also have some bolt covers.

    Well Designed and Fabricated Hardware

The fit and finish were quite good. Instructions were correct, but minimal.

You will need to tap (i.e. hammer) out the long bolt that goes through the engine after removing the nut on the right side. Do not try to rotate the bolt, take off the nut! Being paranoid, I put a jack under the engine before removing the bolt to keep the engine from shifting, but this is probably not necessary.

Note that bars are made from 1.08″ diameter tubing. This makes it difficult to use standard clamps which are typically made for 1″ or 1.25″ tubes. I did manage to get some 1″ clamps to fit after a bit of bending. Your results may vary.

    Very well made crashbars!

    rikkiw94061

I just installed these on my ’13 Multistrada 1200 yesterday, and it was much easier than I feared! The bars themselves aren’t as heavy as some and are very well made, fit just perfectly.
