Herr Director –
These bars are very strong, well-finished, and mount up very quickly with good quality fasteners. They protect the side body panels and the radiator and provide mounting locations for auxilliary lights or go-pro camera. They will also provide lash points and support for tank panniers if you are packing heavy. You may need to cut a small relief in your skid plate at the top right side to provide clearance for the bars, and they are not compatible with the BMW low engine protection bar, but these things plus a good skid plate will give you all the protection you need.

I just finished bolting them on. Reuse the OEM nut on the lower support. They went on quick and they look like they can carry the weight of the bike in a crash. This is a must have!
