    Cheap Hardware

Bought these to put on my GS500, the 280mm rod snapped before the recommended torque (46 N-m) was reached, the 195mm rod snapped over night. These rods are not off-the-shelf parts so they are impossible to find an exact replacement. Guards look good and feel solid otherwise, just need better QC in the hardware dept.

I needed a set of engine guards to complete my Suzuki GS-500 project. These look great and are three point mounts.

    Crashbara/engine guads for Suzuli GS500

They work as advertised. I bought these for my son’s track bike. He dropped it in the parking lot. They protected everything. There is only a small scruff of the their paint.
