Easy to install, but the bolt is too long for the designated application (Yamaha Fz-07). Does R&G actually try these out before selling them? The bolt sticks out on both sides of the slider by about 1/8 inch. I’m sure that in the unfortunate case of an accident it will grind the bolt down, but WTF, it looks stupid with the bolt sticking out.

Install was easy and quick. Sliders look sturdy enough, at least to protect in case of minor spills or drops (could happen to anybody). And they do look good, go quite natural with my black/bluerple FZ-07. Shipping was quick enough too.
