    The reason I give four rather than five stars is that I can’t get it to fit. To be clearer, everything goes on well and smoothly — and looks great! — but one of the last things to do is reinstall the gauge cups that conceal the connections — I could not get the cups to go on. The cables would not line up with the slots in the cups. It feels like there is not enough slack, but the new mounting is lower than the OEM so there should be more slack. I have all the original set-up back on while I ponder this. I think I will remove the clip that keeps all the wires neatly out of sight under the triple clamp to see if that gives the flexibility I need. One warning — if you just leave the headlight bucket hanging while you do the installation you risk unplugging the starter connection in the bucket; I don’t need to tell you how I know this or what a pain it is to mess around inside the bucket. Oh, another warning — if you have handlebar risers you’ll need to grind away a little of the right side of the fascia in order to get the cables to clear; it’s easy and doesn’t affect the looks.
