Screw the tube onto the top of the bottle then simply upend the bottle and pour in your refill oil. When priming to replace your rubber priming plug and connect the male luer at the top of the oil bottle to the female luer on the priming plug ensuring a good seal before squeezing the bottle to prime the system. You should hold the bottle upright for this part.
