Description

Made of 4mm aluminum and powder coated black the SW-MOTECH Seat-Rack replaces and uses the same locking mechanism as the passenger seat. This unit is the only one of its kind that does not require disassembly of your motorcycle. Installation is as easy as removing the passenger seat and clicking the Seat-Rack in its place.

Description

The Seat-Rack features strap holes for securing rear bags dry bags or whatever you might carry. It’s also pre-drilled for an SW-MOTECH QUICK-LOCK Type 202 EVO Tankring for fitting flat-bottom SW-MOTECH Bags-Connection Tankbags such as the QUICK-LOCK EVO Sport Tankbag or the QUICK-LOCK EVO Daypack Tankbag as detachable rear luggage (holes are sealed with rubber plugs). The underside of the seat rack has a foam rubber seal to keep dirt and water out.

    Some assembly required.

    Good product but not a bolt on. The adjustable mounting wedges were a good idea but the nylock bolts were tougher than the tolerance of the mounting slots. You have to wedge something in the slots to torque down the bolts. They need to work to tighter tolerances. For the price, I was a little disappointed.
