I got this rack so I could attach my Givi 35 side cases. I did like the original handles that were on my bike that had to be removed to put this rack on. However, I really like how many more places I have to hook my cargo net to now, and it finishes the look for the side cases. Very easy to install. Sturdy rack.

The rack looks nicer to me than other racks I’ve seen for the CB500F. I especially like the shape at the rear, allowing the Bags Connection bag to slip over the end, reducing mounting straps. It’s a nice clean look.
