Description
The black powder-coated tubular steel racks are compatible with luggage cases from GIVI (Monokey system) TraX ALU-BOX Pelican Micatech V2 Kappa Shad Hepco-Becker Krauser the Aero ABS Sidecases shown and more. Luggage-specific adapter kits are sold separately.
When the racks are removed only 3-4 small mounting tabs remain visible on either side of the bike. These mounting tabs are almost invisible preserving the original visual appearance and size of your motorcycle. Required luggage-specific adapter kits are sold separately. In addition optional key locks are available to lock the racks to the bike with the key unlocking a pair of special quick-release fasteners which secure the racks on each side.
For the following Honda motorcycles:
- Honda CBR500R 2013-2015
- Honda CB500F 2013-2015
- Honda CB500X 2013-2018
Features:
- Removable side carrier to use with almost every established motorcycle case
- To mount and demount within seconds at barely visible fixing lugs due to quick fasteners
- Adaptable to TraX Givi/Kappa Krauser Hepco & Becker and Shad cases by seperately available SW-MOTECH Side Carrier Adapter Kits
- Made of oval tube carefully constructed position close to the motorcycle
- Highly functional and firm
- Black powder-coated surface
- Overall width with racks: 540mm (21.3 inches)
Included:
- QUICK-LOCK EVO Side Carrier
- Mounting material
- Mounting instructions
Optional accessories:
- We advise the anti-theft protection optional key locks
Maximum siderack width across the back of the bike between the outside surface of the two sideracks is approximately 21″ (before adding luggage cases to sideracks).Â
If using a topcase with TraX sideboxes be careful not to use a topcase so wide that the top-opening TraX sidecases can’t be opened. We’ve confirmed that the Coocase V36 and Givi E460 just clear the lids of TraX sideboxes… we have not yet tested other combinations.
The rear fender side reflectors that attach to the license plate bracket on the North American V-Strom model must be relocated to the bottom of the license plate (instead of the top) if you wish to retain the side reflectors after installation of the SW-MOTECH sideracks.

I bought this for my 2014 CB500F. Installation was easy and the end result is great! If I only had one complaint it’s that removal and replacement of the carriers can be a little tricky to get everything lined up properly but I find myself leaving them on 99% of the time but it’s nice to know that I can remove them in the event that I wanted to. I’m using this with Givi e22n side cases and the match is great. I also have the SW-Motech Street Rack on top and everything fits together and looks great.

Fairly easy to install on my Honda CB500X but had to make a couple of adaptations to keep my stock rear rack.

Works on my small bike. I can put a large quantity of baggage on my bike now 😛
I got their top rack for my top case. The system was easy to install.

This is the second set of Quick-Lock EVOs that I have had. I installed them on my previous bike (Honda NC700X) and now on my 2016 CB500X. Fit and finish are excellent, and the installation is fairly straightforward and not too difficult.

The box arrived and was surprised how heavy the box was. The frames are well built and strong. The installation takes about an hour. Easy – everything fits together well. I’m very happy with the frame set.

Got these for my wife’s CB500x. I recently had wrist surgery so she took it on herself to install them. With me offering a little problem-solving advice, she had no problems mounting the rack. She already had the tail rack, so that made installation even easier. I have a couple thousand miles with the same rack on my NCX and it has been bullet proof and super easy to use with Givi Trekker boxes.
