I wanted the option of quick removal and install, they fit the bill perfectly. The quality surpassed my expectations and they look like they were made for the FZ1 specifically .Hold’s everything from day trip clothing and accessories to groceries, and they do not shift from side to side thanks to the mounting system, the dry bags worked great on the last trip to the Dragon, No movement at speed . Not cheap to purchase but worth every penny in my opinion. Perfect for the rider who wants to do light touring but doesn’t want to spoil the sport bike appearance.

Was looking for hard bags for my FZ1 but didn’t want to spend that much money. Found these and couldn’t be happier.

Worked out great. Easy install and very solid. Velcro seat strap fit nicely thru the grab handles.

I really like these bags. With the expansion zipper you can add a good amount of stuff in them. Being careless I forgot to clip the bags into the mounts and just had them thrown over the tail. The bags fell off at about 75mph and the only issue is one of the expansion zippers can’t be used anymore which, I feel, is pretty good. Aesthetically the bags look fine. I don’t mind paying for a quality item and I would buy this brand for other bags down the line

    Easy on and off

I am happy this item exists though it is a bit pricey but my Yamaha FZ8 design really needs the support arms to keep the bags from getting caught up with the rear wheel. I had trouble with the installation of parts as far as which way certain parts needed to be put together and put on the bike. The directions and pictures were lacking.

I’m very happy with these bags. I installed them in less than an hour and it takes less than two minutes to take them on and off. They look great and are a very high quality material. I haven’t done an extended trip with them, but did take a day trip this past weekend and they provide more than enough room for that. I’m going to be taking a 1000+ mile trip soon, but plan to use soft rear top bag as well. You could probably get away with just using these on a long trip if you pack wisely. When you unzip the bags to their full capacity they have a decent amount of space. It did rain on my weekend trip and was happy that the bags are spaced far enough from the back tire that no water kicked up on the inside of the bags. If you’re looking for saddle bags that are able to be removed easily to keep the stylish sport bike look when you want these are the way to go. If you’re planning to do a lot of touring I’d recommend getting the GIVI hard cases that have more room. For me these are perfect because I don’t do many really long touring trips.
