Please Note: This product is no longer available for purchase.Includes 6 matching locks retention clips and 2 keys for SW-MOTECH ADV EVO and ION side and top cases. All locks are keyed the same. Easily installed these key sets secure both the lid latches and the case-to-rack latches using the same key. Description
Important Note: Don’t lubricate the lock cylinders with oil. This will combine with dust and sand and wear on the inside of the cylinder and can eventually destroy the lock. Use graphite powder to lubricate locks.

On a recent trip, one of the original locks blew out of my stock hard bags. The original locks were not great quality. I bought this full set of new locks for the two side bags and top case. These new replacements are much better quality and work much better that the original locks. It’s a really easy replacement… it literally took me about 15 minutes to swap old for new. I wish I would have done this sooner!

My first set of locks contained several that did not work. One jammed after installation and the key snapped off. The second set has worked perfectly. Sorry I didn’t return the first set at once.

Installed on 2013 DL650 V-strom with OEM side cases and top case. Smooth action, easy fit. Had some issues with the original locks and keys.

This lockset was purchased to replace the locks on the factory saddlebags and top case on my 2013 Moto Guzzi Stelvio NTX. They are perfect.SW-Motech is the manufacturer of the stock Moto Guzzi bags. Now I have one key that opens all of the bags (instead of two) and I did not get a second key for the saddlebags when the bike was purchased. I tried to buy a matching lockset from the Moto Guzzi dealer, but they were unable to come up with anything.

I bought these because I wanted to use the same key for all three bags but they are much better then the oem locks. The key works both ways on these but is unidirectional on the oem locks. They are also tighter and feel sturdier than the originals.

I was a little confused about having to order locks separately at first. But being able to get all my locks with the same keys and just insert them into my luggage worked really well. Installation was beyond easy. Just put the tumbler into the lock hole and secure with a c-clip. Done. Great idea.

I recently purchased a moto guzzi stelvio. Both panniers needed to be replaced under warranty. Before installing the new panniers, I installed the newer improved SW Motech locks. Instsllation was simple and the lock design is much better thsm the stock.
