Description

Pack Mounts are milled from solid aluminum then anodized black and finally engraved. They use a 5/16″ steel all-thread with a steel threaded insert (Helicoil) in the base. These are not cheap injection molded plastic parts that will fail when you are 25 miles down the trail!

Compatible with all RotopaX 1 1.75 2 & 4 Gallon Packs

    Works as advertised!

Used one of these on my last road trip. Installs in place of the regular mounting system I have used before. Easy to put on and take off. I previously had the can secured with a small lock and cable. This is much neater and easier to remove the can. Be aware that it is for ONE can only! as is stated on the Rotpax web site. That is not mentioned here. If used on stacked cans and there is room to rotate the stack, the whole assembly can be unscrewed from the bottom mount.

Drilled a couple holes for custom install

I was able to do a custom install for 1 gallon gas rotopax onto my new 17 crf250l Rally and this will keep the rotopax secure if I ever leave the bike to go hiking or leave it at camp for awhile etc. Seems like a quality product so far.

    Great easy to use

Mounts perfect with ease and the lock is strong. I put a hose under the pack and it allowed me to lock it.

    lock mount

    Joe

I like that I can lock the gas container to my bike. I was a little unsure of how it works before I got it, but easy as pie. Easy to mount to a flat aluminum bar mounted across the front holes of the rear rack on my A/T. Puts 2 gallon can ft to rr with the spout hanging off the back in case of a leak. Top roll bag over the top of the gas can.
