I have two sets of lamps Road narrow beam and hybrid euro beam for two different situations These brackets work great Would be great if there were a center bar that would affirm both sides together but that would be an add on and I will do it on my own So far so good

I bought this knowing that it might not be compatible with the KLRDash windshield riser. It looks like it would work with some modifications. Unfortunately modifying it would leave the light bracket unsupported so I would not recommend it for use with the KLRDash risers.
I would only recommend it if no better options are available. The Denali Auxiliary Light Mounting Bracket For Kawasaki KLR650 ’08-’17 would be better and would support the lights better without putting stress on the windshield. There are better options available from Twisted Throttle and other sellers.

I bought this for my 2013 KLR and it fit perfectly. I had it installed along with some LED lights I bought. The mechanic at the shop said it was kind of a pain to install. four stars for the difficult installation(according to shop). Very happy with the product though

Superfunkomatic –
I found these things worked best when mounted upside down. That way they are A) more out of your line of vision and B) they are kind of cock-eyed which makes them much more functional for illuminating the road ahead when dipped into a corner. By doing it this way the lights are kind of crosseyed and looking up. Much more useful than two more lights pointed straight ahead.

The only inconvenient feature of this position for the lights is that, can’t be used driving behind and close of a car without disturbing the driver. Lights will hit exactly on his/her rear view mirror.
Something a little heavier than small led lights tend to vibrate and bounce.
Other than that, a great add on for klr bikes after 2008.
