Description
AIRFLOW is the most versatile Givi windshield to date.
The adjustable spoiler allows the rider on the fly to easily and quickly make adjustments. Made of transparent polycarbonate the adjustable spoiler can be raised 7 inches from its lowest seting. Once the desired setting has been selected a simple and secure latrch system will keep it in place.
The design of the AIRFLOW system creates an aerodynamic effect that eliminates turbulence allowing for maximum protection from wind thus reducing rider fatigue.
Another important feature is the ability to reduce AIRFLOW to the rider to increase driving safety while raining: the “spoiler effect” reduces and can at times eliminate rain from collecting on the visor and reducing vision. During the warmer days the AIRFLOW spoiler can easily be removed allowing travel with only the lower part of the windshield as well.

Replaced OEM screen with the Givi, happy I did. I can now hear my tunes through my blutooth at 100km

Had this screen for a couple months now and its much better than the stock screen. Cuts the wind buffeting by at least 50%. Easy to install and to adjust while stationary. Was covered in GIVI decals but they all peeled off easily. Would for sure buy again.

I have read reviews about how great the Givi windscreen was and only partly believed them. Now that I have one you can add me to the list of completely satisfied customers.

Due to severe upper helmet buffeting at 70-75 mph, I replaced the stock windscreen on my 2013 Vstrom 650 with the Givi Airflow. I have the height of the Airflow set so that it is about one inch below my chin on a level. This is enough to send the wind stream about 2 inches above the top of my helmet. The result: no more buffeting and really quiet. I can even open my helmet visor at interstate speed with no wind hitting my face. The Airflow is also sturdy and has a quality feel and appearance. Excellent product.

I bought the Givi windscreen in hopes the extra height would cut down on the wind noise on my 2013 vStrom 650. I’m 6’2′ and the OEM windscreen was way to short to be effective. The Givi works! Cut the noise in half and a lot less buffeting on the helmet. Worth the investment for the added quiet.

I wish I would have bought this sooner. I’m 6’2″ and I wasn’t sure if the Givi Airflow would help with the buffeting I got from the stock Suzuki windscreen or not. Well imho it took care of about 90% of the buffeting with the rest coming from the stock mirrors. I’m very happy with it.

I bought this in June and as soon as I installed it, the difference was incredible from the stock screen. Even with the extension all the way down the whole cockpit area was still. With the adjustment, even cruising at 120km/h on the 401 is relatively pleasant. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a touring screen.

I bought this windshield about a month ago. I’ve ridden about a thousand miles, including a 650 mile trip this past weekend. For the cost, I am happy and impressed. Installed in a couple minutes, easy to adjust height (I found lower settings better for reducing buffeting), and doesn’t give me any visual problems. I’ve read other reviews that mention prism issues and sight line problems but I have no problem with any of this. Guessing, I’d say 75% of the overall buffeting at head and shoulders is gone. Can hear engine much more clearly.

I’ve had this for about a month now and it really is the best thing I’ve done for my bike so far. It removed 90% of wind noise, at least, and my helmet doesn’t bounce around my head like a Mexican jumping bean anymore. So that’s good. Seriously, buy this thing.

I spent hours of research trying to choose a windscreen for my 2012 vstrom 650. Finally chose this shield and I am very pleased! Allows for smooth, quiet airflow, excellent build quality, easy adjustment, and looks better in person than in photos.

Review re install…. Just received this windscreen from Twisted Throttle. The package said 2011 DL650 so I wondered if it would fit my 2013. No problems though… just 4 screws…had it on in about 10-15 minutes. Looks like a high quality product and IMO should be standard on these bikes, as it’s a big improvement over the stock screen. I put a little silicone door lube on the sliders and the screen moves up and down smoothly without binding. Also looks good on the bike. Once the snow goes we’ll giver a go.

After making adjustments to the stock VStrom windshield and trying another aftermarket shield and returning it, I decided to pay th extra for this one. Very pleased with the result. Much less wind noise than either of the others. Its not like riding in a car, but a major improvement. I can ride without earplugs, which I haven’t done in years. If you need it quieter then maybe you shouldn’t be riding a motorcycle.

Bought this windscreen to replace the stock DL650 windscreen. Despite (Or perhaps because of) it’s unusual design. This windscreen works. It also breaks up some of the buffeting that I felt on my arms.

Doesn’t seem to matter what height you set the windscreen it pushes the air over your head. I am 6 foot with a long torso. No problems with helmet buffeting. The windscreen also pushes the air a little farther off to the side than the stock screen. Quality build product that looks great and is easy to install. I use this product with the Augustus wind deflectors and Bikemaster lined oval mirrors and I am very happy with the results.

What took me so long? I’ve been tinkering with the stock screen and two other aftermarket screens for a year to smoothen and quiet down airflow on my DL650 VStrom. To no avail. Enter the Givi Airflow. Instant gratification. Mounted in the center holes, set low, middle or high – perfect. The only small issue I could think of is the screen scratches up real easy. The plastic is not coated for scratch resistance whatsoever. But other than that, home run.

I just purchased a Givi Airflow windscreen for my 2014 Suzuki DL650 and could not be happier. It improves the ride drastically. No more wind buffering on my helmet. The wind now goes over my head. Its a MUST BUY! Its well made, and attaches in minutes, there is no excuse not to get this.

I’ve been riding a 2005 R1200rt for years and have enjoyed the wind protection. Recently I bought a 2013 V-strom 650. I found the stock shield pretty worthless so I tried the Givi airflow and find it to be excellent. Simple effective design that works.

Well, I read a lot of positive reviews about this screen on the Stromtrooper site, so I went ahead and bought it. It doesn’t completely eliminate the buffeting issues on the Vstrom that can make my vision blurry at times, but it is seriously reduced. It works great under 50miles an hour. Over 50 I still get a bit of buffeting but it’s way better than it was. I do like being able to adjust the height of the screen so easily on the fly. So, all in all, I do like the screen and would buy it again.
