Jim –
This is installed on a ’12 Tiger 800.
No matter how I have the inner plastic washer, and I’m guessing that it must be there, with the attachment screw tightened properly with the factory handguards and heated grips, the lock either is tight enough to not allow the throttle to move at all, or if I back the attachment screw out, It’s too lose to lock any at all. I have tried it with Blue Lock Tite and can find a, somewhat, sweet spot, but the throttle will not snap back, I have to roll it off.
Not happy as to how it works, and doing a return is now impossible as I threw awty the packaging, so I guess I’m out $141.
Not happy at all
