I purchased a Kaoko throttle lock cruise control which was not the right fit for my Triumph Thunderbird Commander even though the manufacturer said it would be. The staff at Twisted Throttle stood by my side and made it right by getting a useable Kaoko throttle lock. Although not a perfect match, (aluminum instead of stainless steel) it was not too noticeable. Thanks to Twisted Throttle for helping to providing a viable option to correct the problem.
I would definitely shop with Twisted Throttle again.
