TwistedJenny –
I’ve used TechSpec on street bikes before, but this was my first experience with it on an ADV bike. And I have to say, it really makes a difference! I think it’s most apparent to me when I am off road and standing on the pegs. I feel more connected to my motorcycle, and maybe even a bit more confident due to the added grip, especially when cornering as the bike slid around under me. When decelerating on fast graded dirt downhill sections, it is MUCH easier to stay in the proper position over the pegs as it only requires a light squeeze of the knees to achieve grip and keep my body from pitching forward. And when simply standing on the pegs, on flat sections it’s less tiring to grip the tank. Overall I’m very pleased.
