    Looks and works great

I had wanted one of these since i bought my Explorer, but i didn’t really need one until I bought a new pair of boots that wouldn’t fit under the stock shift lever.

The SW Motech lever is perfectly compatible with the new boots.

Pros: Looks great (if you ever look at shift levers), works as advertised, easy to adjust and install.

Cons: On the expensive side, toe peg sits higher than stock.

Install note: Before you finalize the position of the toe peg, make sure the transmission will shift into first gear fom neutral or 2nd. The lever moves slightly farther downward during that shift, and if the lever is positioned on the wrong spline, it cannot rotate far enough to complete the shift (although it will work for every other shift).

    Ample Adjustability

I bought a 2018 Tiger XCa and have really enjoyed the bike. Recently I replace my riding boots with a sweet pair af Alpinestar Campeche’s which are slightly larger thickness wise. The first day I wore the boots I couldn’t properly shift my Tiger so I immediately researched a solution and found this Jem. I ordered it immediately and when it arrived I installed it before Fed Ex made it back to his
truck. The adjustment range made it absolutely perfect for my boots and it will be a great feature to use if I were to change boots again. The build quality is stellar and fitment is spot on. If you need flexibility in your shifters toe peg position on a Tiger this should be your go to piece.
