Installed on my 2012 V-Strom, easy install, generous foot print. Good finish.

I installed these on my 2015 Suz DL650XT about 500 off road miles ago. I am completely impressed with the ease of installation, and the standing comfort that these peg provide. The removable rubber insert is a plus. The pegs are nicely cast and machined, which, although the price might indicate they would be a quality product, they absolutely were! They are confidence inspiring for me because at 70+ I don’t bounce like I used to and I depend on these pegs to help me stay riding.

Santa gave me these for Christmas. They are well designed and of the highest quality. The machining of the parts are top notch. there are two position they can be installed, the position I required meant for a bit of a fidget to get the bolt in but this was negligible. I have not ridden yet but they obviously provide for better footing on the pegs.

Easy install for me. Steel works well with hiking/work boots with treads. Need the rubber pads for shoes with hard bottoms and no tread. Rubber pads rise up higher than I like and have to be bolted on–more work than I want to do to change them on and off. I just ride with the metal pegs and am quite pleased.

Purchased these pegs for a long off road trip. Well designed. Easy to install. The adjustability was an unexpected bonus.

These made a big difference in comfort to my V strom, especially when standing. Lower and wider and tilted forward works well. I had one problem with these, and that is because there is no hole for the stock spring to fit into like the original footpegs do. Perhaps you could drill your own or perhaps these were on sale because they didn’t have the hole.

The left peg of my Suzuki V-Strom 650 was sheared off when I dropped it while loading the bike into a trailer just two weeks prior to a tour. I ordered an OEM replacement ($80 for the one peg) but began to worry when it didn’t arrive within a week as expected. An online search brought me to Twisted Throttle, and since these were pretty much it in terms of other pegs that would fit, I ordered them and received them in three days. I had checked out info on StromTroopers Forum, and was a bit concerned after reading about one contributors difficulty with mounting the pegs, but all for naught. They went on easily. They are wider than the OEM pegs and appear to be more sturdy. My only criticism is that the screw shafts on the feelers extending below my OEM pegs are larger than the holes on the SW-Motech pegs. Not a big deal, since I’ve yet to do a lean angle deep enough for the feelers to get any use, but I’ll probably look for similar feelers for these pegs, eventually. I really like the width of these pegs, and the fact that I can remove the rubber pad should I want to stand on the cleats for better grip when riding on unpaved roads.

A slight forward tip makes the foot placement much more comfortable sitting or standing. A perfect replacement for stock V-Strom pegs. Didn’t have to change the shifter position either.
A little concerned about the longevity of the rubber as some bits have torn off from climbing onto the bike via the peg.

I bought these to replace the OEM foot pegs on my 2015 DL650 V-Strom. They were very easy to install and definitely make standing up much easier. The rubber foot pad is easy to take off and on for off-road riding if you so choose.

These are very comfortable as they are wider than the stock pegs. The rubber helps reduce some of the vibration. Since I mainly ride on the road I haven’t tried them without the rubber pads. They seem to be very well built and fit without any issues. Took maybe 10 minutes to install both pegs. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for upgraded pegs.

I bought these to replace the lame stock pegs on my ’14 V-Strom, these bolted up nicely and with the slight forward roll, feel great both on the road and off.

I bought a set for my brother-in-laws bday and liked ’em so much I had to get a pair for myself.
The look really good on the bike and are much better than stock, IMO. Wide base and slight forward cant make for more comfortable riding, and with the rubber off the steel cleats offer rock solid grip, even when things get a bit muddy. I looked around lots before buying these and have been nothing but pleased. Very easy to install, too.

Stock pegs on 2011 BMW F800R have poor traction, especially in wet, and I also wanted a larger peg surface area for better weight distribution — I tend to get hot spots on the soles of my feet. Having the option of lowering the pegs a bit was also a plus.
Success on both counts.
Installation is a breeze, but two tips: When bolting the peg plate to the peg bracket adapter, don’t fully insert the plate’s locating thingy into the peg bracket. Use the bolt to draw the two together, otherwise it is very difficult to get the bolt started without first filing the peg plate. And grease the bracket before reassembly, as it is a very snug fit.
Only tiny negative is that the feeler bolt/hero blob from the stock peg doesn’t fit, as the threaded hole in the new peg plate is too big. But nice little plugs for the hole are included.

I like the extra width compared to stock. These have a slight pitch forward which makes it more comfortable when standing on pegs. These pegs look like they belong the bike.

These are well made, install easily, and are way better under-boot than my stock pegs.
I wish there was even more drop, but with the rubbers off, you maximize drop and the contact area is stable and gives good grip. Very good overall, even if they didn’t give some drop, they would be worth putting on over most stock pegs I bet.
