Description

With RAM’s patented rubber ball and socket technology the turn of a single knob grips the adjustment arm to a rubber ball designed to dampen shock and vibration. With RAM products it’s all grip and no slip plus protection for your valuable electronics. Simply place our easy to install ball base onto the motorcycle handlebar top clamp and you’re done. After that a world of mounting possibilities just opened up. Fits 2004-2012 BMW R1200GS rear handlebar clamp screws and Triumph Explorer handlebar clamp screws.

RAM Mounts System Guide
RAM Mounts is a rugged and versatile system for attaching and mounting phones tablets GPS units cameras and other mobile devices nearly anywhere. This system utilizes ball and socket connections that can be adjusted to provide a multitude of mounting positions and secured to provide stability during use. Once you have selected the universal grip or device specific cradle you are interested in you will need to select an Adapter Plate a Double Socket Arm and then a Mounting Base to attach to your motorcycle.Adapter PlatesAdapter plates are availaible in chrome or black mount to device cradles and provide a B size 1in rubber ball for an arm extension to attach to and articlate from. They have predrilled holes that match the industry standard AMPS hole pattern.
Double Socket Arms
Double Socket Arms attach between Adapter Plates and Mounting Bases to provide full articulation and can be tightened to a multitude of secured positions.
Mounting Bases
Mounting Bases attach to your motorcycle and provide a secure platform for the RAM system to work from. Attachment points include handlebars control clamps clutch and brake reservoirs fork stems suction cups mirror mounts as well as exposed or replaceable bolts.

Quick n easy fitment! Love the option of 3 bolt lengths. Works treat for my SPOT and when I take it off the ball is not intrusive. So simple and if you have odd lever clamps like my ’97 Steamer then you can’t use the clamp mount. Very happy with this product. I even bought two in case it was that great!!!

I got this a month ago to mount my GPS and with the handlebars that are on my R1100RT this seemed like the only option. Wasn’t sure this would fit, but went right into the handlebar mounting hole. The bolts supplied gave me options on which mounting hold to use. I would definitely recommend this product.
