RAM Mounts KNOB3LU Locking Knob for Adjustment Screw

This optional RAM locking knob replaces the original thumb screw in RAM extension arms. In the locked position turning the locking knob will neither tighten not loosen the extension arm screw preventing unauthorized removal of the RAM arm or cradle from your motorcycle. It keeps honest people honest – it’s not crowbar and buzz-saw safe (of course neither is your motorcycle). Once you set your mount in the location you need lock it and hide the key.

RAM Mounts System Guide

RAM Mounts is a rugged and versatile system for attaching and mounting phones tablets GPS units cameras and other mobile devices nearly anywhere. This system utilizes ball and socket connections that can be adjusted to provide a multitude of mounting positions and secured to provide stability during use. Once you have selected the universal grip or device specific cradle you are interested in you will need to select an Adapter Plate a Double Socket Arm and then a Mounting Base to attach to your motorcycle.Adapter PlatesAdapter plates are availaible in chrome or black mount to device cradles and provide a B size 1in rubber ball for an arm extension to attach to and articlate from. They have predrilled holes that match the industry standard AMPS hole pattern.
