Description

Compatible with all 1″ RAM receptacles.
The RAM-HOL-GA22 High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to connect to the Garmin G-Ball Socket found on the following GPS units

* Garmin StreetPilot i-Series GPS including the Garmin StreetPilot i2 Garmin StreetPilot i3 and Garmin StreetPilot i5
* Garmin StreetPilot c5xx Series GPS including the Garmin StreetPilot c530 Garmin StreetPilot c550 Garmin StreetPilot c580 and Garmin StreetPilot c510 (European Version)
* Other Garmin units with the small round socket on the Garmin cradle

While this adapter will “technically” work with Garmin Nuvi 2xx-series GPS units (Nuvi 200 205 250 255 260 and 270) and Garmin Nuvi 2xxW-series GPS units (Nuvi 200W 205w 250w 255w 260w and 265wt) we don’t recommend it for these applications. RAM has two alternative device-specific cradles that provide a more secure fit for these devices as follows:

RAM-HOL-GA24U Garmin Nuvi 2xx-series GPS units (Nuvi 200 205 250 255 260 and 270)
RAM-HOL-GA25U Garmin Nuvi 2xxW-series GPS units (Nuvi 200W 205w 250w 255w 260w and 265wt)

All cables and the Garmin cradle can stay connected to the unit while using the RAM cradle connector.

PLACING YOUR GPS INTO THE CRADLE:
First you need to attach the round belt clip button that is included with the purchase of the GPS unit to the back of your unit. Next place the bottom of the GPS into the cradle and then clip the top of the cradle over the round button (previously attached) on the back of the GPS.

INCLUDED WITH THE CRADLE:
The cradle includes a set of two nuts and bolts (RAM-S-HOL) to connect the cradle to any RAM-compatible mount.

IMPORTANT MOUNTING INFORMATION:
One RAM-B-238 Diamond Base Plate with 1-inch diameter ball mount (sold separately) and is required for attachment of all RAM GPS holders to any RAM mount system.

All RAM components are sold separately.
